The MAHONY® DIET diet program is based on quality protein preparations from France (instant bags), Italy (bakery), and the USA (sticks and healthy snacking). Nevertheless, it is possible to consume "normal" foods during it, subject to certain restrictions. Which of the "real" foods in the diet can be eaten and when, flows from 4 lists:
VEGETABLES 1 VEGETABLES 2 REAL FOOD 1 REAL FOOD 2
How to practically keep such a diet? According to the chosen target reduction (-3 kg, -6 kg, -9 kg), follow the described procedure and choose foods from the relevant list. In the course of the MAHONY® DIET reduction program, you can never get lost in the confusing calorie tables that some unfortunate people stick on their fridges.

We eat vegetables either raw, in the form of a salad, flavored with 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil (oil only once a day), or steamed or stewed in water. As part of a protein diet, salt as you like (rather more than less).
Virtually all types of dried spices, vinegar, lemon juice, dried onion, and garlic can be used for seasoning. However, all kinds of ready-made toppings (yogurt, herb, barbecue, etc.) are not suitable, as well as mustard.
Do you have poor digestion of raw vegetables? Allowed types of heat treatment of vegetables: Steaming, steaming, frying in a pan with the addition of one teaspoon of high-quality vegetable oil... Butter and animal fats are not allowed!
Tomatoes, peppers, carrots, kohlrabi, legumes (lentils, rice, peas), and potatoes aren't really on this list, so don't look for them, they're not allowed!
Good tip: Enrich your salad with two hard-boiled eggs, of which you can only use the whites! They have a filling effect, so you won't be hungry even after a salad! If you are hungry between the prescribed meals, have one extra serving of vegetables from list 1!
