The six-week program -9 kg is the strictest form of reduction and completes the possibilities of using a protein diet as part of "self-treatment".

It is divided into six steps:

  1. Day 1-7: 4 + 0 (four instant protein meals MAHONY® DIET*) Vegetables from the list Vegetables LIST 1 can be consumed in unlimited quantities. No bars, no snacking, no bakery products.

  2. Day 8-15: 3 + 1 (three instant protein meals MAHONY® DIET* + 1 real from the list Real Foods 1) Vegetables from the list Vegetables 1 can be consumed in unlimited quantities. No bars, no snacking, no bakery products.

  3. Day 16-22: 3 + 1 (three instant protein meals MAHONY® DIET** + 1 real from the list Real Foods 1) Vegetables from the list Vegetables 1 can be consumed in unlimited quantities, it is possible to add vegetables from the list Vegetables 2 (in a limited quantity). No snacking, no bakery products

  4. Day 2330: 2 + 2 (two MAHONY® DIET protein meals*** + 1 right from the Real Foods 1 list + 1 right from the Real Foods 2 list, including side dish****) Vegetables from the Vegetables 1 list can be consumed in unlimited quantities, it is possible to add vegetables from the list Vegetables 2 (in limited quantities). No snacking

  5. Day 31-45: 1 + 3 (one protein meal of any kind***** MAHONY® DIET + 1 right from the Real Foods 1 list + 1 right from the Real Foods 2 list, including a side dish + one piece of fruit or low-fat yogurt or a glass of milk). Vegetables from the list Vegetables 1 can be consumed in unlimited quantities, it is possible to add vegetables from the list Vegetables 2 (in limited quantities)

 

* Keep a 1:1 ratio between sweet and salty flavors

** One of the two protein meals can already be replaced by a bar

*** One of the two protein meals can already be replaced by a bar or a product from the bakery's offer

**** It does not matter whether the meal with a side dish is for lunch or dinner, in any case only 1x a day

***** Protein food once a day can be from any category (instant bag, bar, snacking, bakery product) and used as a substitute for any daily meal (breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner).


 

Important tips:

  • Drink a lot throughout the diet, at least 2.5 liters of mineral water per day. Coffee does not interfere with the diet in any way (if you need to sweeten it, use substitute sweeteners). Herbal or black tea is also okay, avoid fruit teas during the diet.

  • Do not skip any of the meals, even if you are not hungry.

  • If you're hungry, despite eating the allowed vegetables from list 1 between meals, have one extra instant protein meal!

  • Check your body weight every five days - don't weigh yourself every day!
